Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial of selected features of the Service. Mediart reserves the right to determine your eligibility for a free trial and the right to terminate any free trial related to the Service at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms

By confirming a transaction on the website, you agree to be bound by that transaction and to pay the applicable charges. Product prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases we have already processed.

Fees; Refunds

You may have the privilege of using selected features of the Service for free. For certain features, we will charge fees, which may be in the form of a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription ("Paid Services"). Mediart reserves the right to implement charges or change fees for certain services at any time by providing notice on the Service or by other means.

When you purchase any Paid Service, you authorize Mediart or its third-party payment processor to charge the credit card (which you declare and warrant you are authorized to use) for all applicable fees (including all related taxes) at the time of purchase, and you agree that our payment service provider may retain your credit card information. If Mediart does not receive payment from your card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand, and Mediart may suspend your access to the Service until full payment is received. If you have selected an auto-renewing subscription and later decide to terminate it, you are responsible for canceling the payment in a timely manner. Mediart will not provide refunds for automatic payments that occur due to failure to cancel on time.

Feedback

Any user-generated content submitted to us by you or any other party via email or otherwise, including but not limited to user comments, suggestions, ideas, or other related or unrelated information (excluding materials you publish on the Service under these Terms) (collectively referred to as "Feedback"), is non-confidential. You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use your Feedback and comments for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

You hereby agree to indemnify Mediart to the fullest extent for any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or in any way related to your breach of any provision of these Terms.
